岩枕裂
Fissura petrooccipitalis
定义
岩枕裂位于枕骨基底部沟状表面的两侧，将其与颞骨岩部分隔开来。在颅后窝内，岩枕裂位于枕骨大孔的前外侧，向外侧延伸并开口于颈静脉孔。该裂隙标志着岩下窦的位置，岩下窦作为乙状窦与海绵静脉窦之间的连接通道。
岩枕裂在外科手术经颅入路至颅底内面时，提供了具有重要意义的解剖空间。
