眶下孔

眶下孔是位于上颌骨体前表面的一个细小开口，恰好位于犬齿窝上方，眼眶下眶缘的下方。眶下孔本质上是眶下管的前方出口，眶下管沿眼眶底部走行，开口于上颌骨的前表面。眶下孔至关重要，因为它允许眶下血管和神经通过。
理解眶下神经的走行路径至关重要。眶下神经是上颌神经的延续，沿眼眶底部向前走行。其路径起始于眶下沟，继续穿行于眶下管，最终经眶下孔出口至面部。在整个走行过程中，该神经与眶下动脉和静脉伴行。
