岩大神经管裂孔

定义
岩大神经管裂孔，又称面神经裂孔，是颞骨岩部前面上的一个小开口。它位于三叉神经压迹和破裂孔的外侧，是引导岩大神经穿出的骨性沟的外侧端点。该神经起自面神经管——面神经所在之处——并经此裂孔穿出。随后，神经在此骨性管道内向内侧走行，朝破裂孔方向前进。在破裂孔处，岩大神经与岩深神经汇合，两者共同形成翼管神经。
