定义
侧副韧带为坚强的圆形索状结构，位于关节两侧；每条韧带一端附着于掌骨头侧面的后结节及邻近下降处，另一端附着于指骨的相邻端。
这些关节的背侧面由伸肌腱的扩展部分所覆盖，同时伴有一些疏松的蜂窝组织，将肌腱的深面与骨骼相连。
