桡侧副韧带自桡骨茎突尖端延伸至舟状骨的桡侧，其部分纤维延续至大多角骨及腕横韧带。该韧带与桡动脉相毗邻，桡动脉将此韧带与拇长展肌及拇短伸肌的肌腱分隔开来。
