腕背桡腕韧带比掌侧韧带薄而弱，上方附着于桡骨远端的后缘；其纤维斜向下方及内侧走行，下方固定于手舟骨、月骨及三角骨的背侧面，并与腕背骨间韧带的纤维相延续。其后方与手指的伸肌腱相毗邻；前方与关节盘相融合。
