定义
蝶下颌韧带（内侧副韧带）是一条扁平的薄束，上方附着于蝶骨的蝶棘，向下逐渐增宽，固定于下颌孔的下颌小舌。其外侧面上部与翼外肌相邻；再向下，该韧带与髁突颈部之间有上颌内血管走行；更向下，下牙槽血管、神经及腮腺的一个小叶位于韧带与下颌支之间。其内侧面与翼内肌相邻。
