定义
茎突下颌韧带是颈筋膜的一条特化纤维带，从颞骨茎突尖端附近延伸至下颌骨角及下颌支后缘，位于咬肌与翼内肌之间。此韧带将腮腺与下颌下腺分隔开，茎突舌肌的部分纤维起自其深面。尽管该韧带被归类为颞下颌关节韧带之一，但实际上只能视为该关节的附属韧带。
