卵圆窝缘（卵圆环）是卵圆窝的突出卵圆形边缘。其上方及两侧最为清晰；下方则不完整。偶可在卵圆窝上缘发现一细小裂隙状瓣膜开口，向上延伸于缘下方，通入左房；此为胎儿期两房间孔的遗迹。
