腓骨前缘

定义
腓骨前缘起自腓骨头前方附近，沿骨干向下延伸，为前肌间隔提供附着。
当其延伸至腓骨下端时，前缘略向外侧弯曲并分叉，在外踝上方形成一个细长的三角形区域。三角形前缘的下部附着于伸肌上支持带，后缘的下部附着于腓骨肌上支持带。
