定义
正中平面是指一个前后方向的矢状平面，该平面通过身体的中线或中部，将其分为左右相等的两半。又称为正中矢状平面。
正中（或正中矢状）平面与垂直方向的冠状平面呈直角，同时与横断（或水平）平面垂直相交。
