定义
股二头肌长头是股二头肌的两个头之一，属于腘绳肌群的组成部分。长头起自坐骨结节，与半腱肌共用一个总腱。长头的肌纤维形成梭形肌腹，斜向下外方越过坐骨神经，止于一腱膜，该腱膜覆盖肌肉后表面，并接受短头肌纤维的汇入。
股二头肌长头结构复杂，近端为腱性部分，远端为肌性部分。长头的肌纤维呈羽状排列，其羽状结构沿长轴方向有所变化，与近端相比，远端肌束较短，羽状角较大。
