Nervi ciliares longi

睫状长神经（nn. ciliares longi），共两至三支，由鼻睫神经在跨越视神经时发出。它们与来自睫状神经节的睫状短神经伴行，穿过巩膜后部，在巩膜与脉络膜之间向前走行，分布至虹膜和角膜。睫状长神经被认为含有来自颈上神经节至瞳孔开大肌的交感神经纤维。
