舌下周核

定义
舌下神经周围核群是位于延髓内的一组相互连接的神经核，围绕舌下神经核分布，邻近第四脑室底。这些神经核包括舌下神经下核（Roller核）、间介核以及前置核。
这些舌下神经周围核群共同构成一个在解剖和功能上相互关联的系统，与内侧纵束、参与眼外肌运动的脑神经核、前庭神经核、小脑以及网状结构（包括脑桥旁正中网状结构）等结构密切相关。这些神经核参与凝视稳定、空间定向及头颈协调功能。舌下神经前置核的损伤会损害将眼球固定于视觉目标的能力，但共轭运动仍可准确执行。
