副神经核
Nucleus nervi accessorii
定义
副神经核（又称脊髓副神经核或副神经固有核）是颈髓前角运动神经核中央群的组成部分。起源于该神经核的运动根丝构成副神经的脊髓根丝，向上穿过枕骨大孔进入颅腔。在颅腔内，脊髓根丝与起自延髓疑核的副神经颅根汇合。合并后的副神经经颈静脉孔出颅，此后来自脊髓副神经核的传出纤维分离出来，继续行进以支配斜方肌和胸锁乳突肌。
副神经核与膈神经核一同位于颈髓前角内侧细胞群与外侧细胞群之间。
