定义
脊神经外侧运动核位于脊髓的前灰质角，对支配肢体肌肉组织至关重要。这些核团在颈段（C5–T1）和腰骶段（L1–S3）最为突出，分别与颈膨大和腰骶膨大相对应。这些核团发出的传出运动神经元经由臂丛和腰骶丛支配肢体肌肉，从而实现对上肢和下肢的精确运动控制。
