Ostium atrioventriculare sinistrum

左房室口（二尖瓣口）位于主动脉口的下方及左侧。其口径略小于对侧相应开口，仅能容纳两指通过。该口周围环绕致密纤维环，表面覆以心脏内膜，并由左房室瓣（二尖瓣）加以保护。
