腰丛前部
Pars anterior plexus lumbalis
定义
腰丛前部由腰脊神经L1–L4前支的腹侧分支共同构成。腰丛本身起源于L1–L3脊神经前支，以及L4前支的部分纤维。其中，L2–L4神经前支各自分为腹侧分支和背侧分支，而L1前支仅有单一干，称为其腹侧分支，因其不产生背侧分支。上述前支的腹侧分支共同构成腰丛前部。
数支重要的神经分支起自腰丛前部。
