下鼻甲的泪突是一个细小的尖形突起，位于下鼻甲上缘的前部。它与泪骨向下延伸的降突相关节或相连接。泪骨是一块细小的薄骨，构成眼眶内侧壁的一部分。泪骨降突与下鼻甲泪突之间的连接处在支撑和塑造鼻泪管形态方面发挥着重要作用，鼻泪管对于泪液从眼引流至鼻腔具有重要意义。
