迷走神经的幽门支从迷走神经前干发出，支配胃的幽门区。
迷走神经前干在穿过膈肌食管裂孔时，于胃食管结合部附近发出数支分支，包括胃前支、胃小弯前神经、肝支及幽门支。其中，胃小弯前神经沿胃小弯继续向下走行，发出一支幽门支。该支斜向内下方走行至胃窦，支配幽门，随后转向上方加入肝丛，支配肝实质及其血管、胆道树与胆囊，以及小网膜游离缘内的各结构。此外，另有一支幽门支直接从肝丛发出。
