闭孔沟
Sulcus obturatorius
定义
闭孔沟位于耻骨上支的下表面，构成闭孔上缘的一部分。
闭孔由闭孔膜封闭，闭孔膜附着于闭孔的边缘，但闭孔沟区域除外。闭孔膜在沟区缺如，由此形成一条通道，称为闭孔管。闭孔血管和神经经此管道，从盆腔穿过闭孔，进入大腿内侧区（内收肌区）。
