股直肌远端肌腱是股四头肌腱的组成部分，止于髌骨。股直肌腱构成股四头肌腱最浅层，在该浅层中相对独立；股四头肌腱中间层还包含股内侧肌和股外侧肌的腱性成分，深层则包含股中间肌的腱性成分。[1-2]
