网状脊髓前束
Tractus reticulospinalis anterior
定义
前网状脊髓束通常与内侧网状脊髓束互换使用。两者均指起源于脑桥内侧网状结构、在前索中不交叉下行，并主要促进脊髓前角α和γ运动神经元活动的传导束。
该束还传导下行自主神经纤维，调节胸腰段交感神经和骶段副交感神经的传出功能。
