空肠静脉是肠系膜上静脉的属支，负责空肠的静脉回流。
第一和第二空肠静脉（J1V和J2V）在约84%的患者中常汇合形成一个共干，称为第一空肠干（FJT）。该共干可位于肠系膜上动脉（SMA）的背侧或腹侧。[1-2] 第一空肠干通常汇入肠系膜上静脉，但也存在变异情况，即第一和第二空肠静脉分别单独汇入肠系膜上静脉。
