定义
第一骶椎（S1）是骶骨的组成部分，骶骨由五块骶椎融合而成。S1椎骨具有以下几项重要解剖特征：
- 椎体：S1的椎体粗壮，承载脊柱的重量。其在腰骶连接处与第五腰椎（L5）形成关节。
- 骶翼：S1的外侧部分称为骶翼，向外侧延伸，与髂骨形成关节，构成骶髂关节。骶翼含有黄骨髓，由皮质骨和松质骨围绕。[1]
- 椎弓根：S1的椎弓根对于外科螺钉置入具有重要意义。其高度约为20毫米，为腰骶融合手术中螺钉的置入提供通道。[2]
- 骶孔：S1具有前、后骶孔。前骶孔（ASF）允许第一骶神经根通过，后骶孔（PSF）允许感觉纤维穿出。S1后骶孔尺寸约为12×10毫米。[3]
- 骶管：S1水平的骶管宽度约为30毫米，高度约为20毫米，向尾侧方向管径逐渐缩小。[3]
- 棘突：S1棘突较腰椎棘突更小，形态变异较大，在X线片上通常不能清晰显示。[4]
