内侧双坐骨线是一个骨盆解剖学标志，用于评估骨盆区域的解剖学结构，尤其在阻塞性难产和便秘的诊断中具有重要意义。该线由骨盆的腹背位X线片或多平面重建计算机断层扫描图像确定。
内侧双坐骨线用于确保在测量横径时所取的参考线处于水平位置。
内侧双坐骨线是连接坐骨板尾内侧角之间的连线。
