肱骨近端关节定向线是用于评估肱骨角度畸形并为其矫正提供指征的解剖标志。
在额状面上，该线由肱骨颅尾位X线片或多平面重建图像确定：对应于连接大结节近端部分与肱骨头切线之间的连线。
在矢状面上，该线由肱骨内外侧位X线片或多平面重建图像确定（与肱骨髁内侧和外侧部分最佳拟合的圆必须同心且不相交）：对应于连接大结节颅近端部分与肱骨头尾远端部分的连线。
