右肺是位于右侧胸腔的呼吸器官，负责气体交换。由于副叶的存在，右肺比左肺大约大三分之一，且仅通过其肺门与纵隔相连。

右肺被叶间裂分为数个肺叶，各叶数目因物种而异：
