Definition
Bulbar corticonuclear fibres are fibers ending at the motor nuclei of cranial nerves, the spinal nucleus of accessory nerve, the nucleus of the hypoglosse nerve, and the nucleus ambiguus. They leave the pyramidal tract at the level of the respective nuclei.
