Definition
The diaphragmatic part of the peritoneum (also called the diaphragmatic peritoneum) is the portion of the parietal peritoneum that lines the undersurface (inferior aspect) of the diaphragm, covering both its right and left domes as they form the roof of the abdominal cavity.
