The right and left medial umbilical folds are paired raised ridge of parietal peritoneum on the internal aspect of the anterior abdominal wall that cover the the right and left medial umbilical ligaments (or occluded part of umbilical artery)

The right and left median folds and the medial umbilical fold form two peritoneal depressions on each side of the urinary bladder referred to as the supravesical fossae.
