Definition

The tarsal interosseous ligaments are of strong transverse fibers which pass between the rough non-articular portions of the adjacent surfaces of the tarsal bones:

  • Talocalcaneal interosseous ligament
  • Cuneocuboid interosseous ligament
  • Intercuneiform interosseous ligaments
