The apicoposterior vein of the left lung (V1+2) refers to a segmental pulmonary vein that drains the apicoposterior segment of the left upper lobe. This vein typically joins with the anterior vein of left lung and lingular vein of left lung to form the left superior pulmonary vein, which then drains into the left atrium of the heart.
