Definition
The vessels supplying the lungs include the pulmonary arteries, pulmonary veins, and bronchial arteries.
In the TerminologiaAnatomica, the term “pulmonary vessels” refers only to the primary pulmonary circulation, i.e. pulmonary arteries and veins, and not to bronchial arteries.
