13 - Nodi retropancreatici
定义
位于胰头后表面、Vater壶腹颅侧，沿胰十二指肠后动脉上支与下支分布的淋巴结，即为胰后淋巴结（13）。该区域的左侧界以门静脉为标志，上界以肝十二指肠韧带后方淋巴结的起始部为界。
