定义
胃大弯淋巴结（胃淋巴结分站中的第 4 站——日本胃癌研究学会分类）分为两组，以 Von Ghoete 点为界，该点为左、右胃网膜动脉汇合处：左组（4s）和右组（4d）。此外，左组又分为近侧部（4sa）和远侧部（4sb）。左组第 4 站近侧部（4sa）的淋巴结位于胃短血管周围，而远侧部（4sb）的淋巴结沿左胃网膜血管分布。第 4 站右组的淋巴结沿右胃网膜血管分布，位于第一胃支远侧（与幽门下淋巴结的分界处）。
