14 - Nodi radicis mesenterii
定义
肠系膜根部淋巴结（14）是位于肠系膜上静脉（SMV）汇入门静脉处（14v）以及肠系膜上动脉（SMA）起始部（14a）沿线的SMV和SMA淋巴结，位于肠系膜根部。其外侧界为胃结肠静脉（胃结肠干）汇入SMV处；下界位于中结肠静脉汇入SMV处；上界为SMA自主动脉发出处，即胰腺下缘水平。
