定义
沿胃左动脉降支及胃右动脉第一胃支远端分布的淋巴结，称为胃小弯淋巴结（日本胃癌研究学会胃淋巴结分站中的第 3 站）：
- 3a：沿胃左动脉各分支分布
- 3b：沿胃右动脉第二分支及其远端部分分布
