鼻堤（源自拉丁语 agger，意为"土丘或隆起"）是鼻腔外侧壁上的一条小嵴。它位于中鼻甲前缘的中部，恰在中鼻道房的正上方。它由覆盖于上颌骨筛嵴表面的黏膜构成。
鼻堤也称为鼻甲鼻甲贝（nasoturbinal concha）及鼻嵴。肥大的鼻堤气房可侵占额隐窝区域，使其狭窄，并导致额窦引流的机械性梗阻。
