半月裂孔（又称 hiatus semilunaris）是一条弧形沟，位于鼻腔外侧壁，具体位于中鼻道区域。它位于筛泡下方，由外侧壁黏膜覆盖筛泡与下方钩突之间的间隙所形成。

该骨性半月裂孔向前延续为一狭窄管道，称为漏斗，后者进一步延伸至筛骨迷路前部，即额鼻管。

半月裂孔是上颌窦的引流部位，同时也经额鼻管引流额窦和前组筛窦气房。
