斜坡（拉丁语"slope"，意为"斜面"）是颅骨的一部分，为鞍背后方一浅下降区域，向后斜行延伸。它构成枕骨基底部最前端与蝶骨交界处的一个逐渐倾斜的骨性结构。在轴位平面上，斜坡位于蝶窦的正后方。斜坡两侧外方分别为破裂孔，其内走行颈内动脉，位于其与Willis环吻合处的近端。斜坡后方为基底动脉。枕骨大孔前缘与后缘的中点分别称为颅底点与枕后点。
