降结肠
Colon descendens
定义
降结肠（colon descendens）沿左肾外侧缘向下穿过左季肋区和腰区。
在肾的下端，降结肠转向内侧，朝向腰大肌的外侧缘，随后在腰大肌与腰方肌之间的夹角内下行，至髂嵴处延续为髂结肠。
腹膜覆盖其前面及两侧面，而其后面则借疏松结缔组织与左肾下外侧部、腹横肌的腱膜起始部及腰方肌相连。与升结肠相比，降结肠管径较细，位置较深，且其后面被腹膜覆盖的情况比升结肠更为常见（Treves）。其前方有数段小肠袢。
