定义
结肠经右腰区和右季肋区上行至肝脏下面；在此形成一个弯曲，称为结肠右曲，转向左侧，沿腹上区与脐区的交界处横行至左季肋区；随后再次弯曲，形成结肠左曲，经左腰区和左髂区下降至盆腔，在此形成称为乙状结肠曲的弯曲，并于此处终止，与直肠相连。
