脊髓前灰质连合是脊髓灰质的组成部分，位于脊髓X区内——亦称为中央中间质。其位于中央管的前方，是连接脊髓左右两侧腹侧（前）灰质角的关键结构。

前灰质连合与后灰质连合共同构成脊髓X区的全部范围。该区域向外侧延伸，移行为脊髓的外侧中间质。
