定义
胃的胃小弯延伸于贲门口与幽门口之间，构成胃的右缘或后缘。
胃小弯向下延续自食管右缘，走行于膈右脚肌纤维的前方，继而转向右侧，跨过第1腰椎，终止于幽门。
在靠近幽门端而非贲门端处，有一明显的切迹，即角切迹，其位置随胃的充盈状态而有所变化；该切迹将胃分为左、右两部分。胃小弯为肝胃韧带的两层腹膜提供附着点，在此两层之间走行有胃左动脉及肝动脉的胃右支。
