定义
胃的浆膜（tunica serosa）由腹膜衍生而来，覆盖胃的整个表面，但在大、小弯处大网膜和小网膜附着点处除外；在此处，两层腹膜之间留有一个小的三角形间隙，营养血管和神经由此通过。在胃后壁靠近贲门处，亦有一小区域不被腹膜覆盖，该处器官与膈肌下表面相接触。
