定义
肝的下缘（前缘）薄而锐利，在镰状韧带附着处对应位置有一深切迹，即肝圆韧带切迹（脐切迹）；在第九肋软骨对应位置有另一切迹，为胆囊底所在处。
在成年男性，此缘通常与右乳头线处胸廓下缘相对应；但在女性和儿童，此缘通常突出于肋弓以下。
