上缘（margo superior）在右侧钝而平坦；在左侧近尾部处则狭窄而锐利。右侧起自网膜结节，与腹腔动脉相毗邻，肝动脉自腹腔动脉发出后，于胰腺上方向右走行，而脾动脉则沿此缘的沟槽向左走行。
