右房室口是右房与右心室之间相互交通的大型卵圆形开口。
位于心室底部，直径约4厘米，周围环绕纤维环，并覆有心脏内膜；其面积明显大于左侧对应开口，足以容纳四指指端。该开口由三尖瓣守护。
