定义
后壁（后下面）与膈、脾、左肾上腺、左肾前面上部、胰腺前面、左结肠曲及横结肠系膜上层相毗邻。这些结构共同形成一个浅凹，称为胃床，胃即位于其上。横结肠系膜将胃与十二指肠空肠曲及小肠分隔开来。后下面覆有腹膜，但在贲门附近有一小区域除外；该区域以膈胃韧带的附着线为界，与膈相贴，并常与左肾上腺上部相邻。
